How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed in 1-3 business days (holiday or high-volume events may slightly lengthen processing and/or shipping times)
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email including your tracking number will be sent to the email provided.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to request a change, please reach out to our Customer Care team (info@birchbridle.ca) as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, but we will always try our best to accommodate.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or if something is incorrect. We will refund or replace it for you at no cost.

Why are prices different for U.S. customers?
U.S. pricing includes all applicable duties, brokerage, and cross-border costs upfront, so there are no additional fees upon delivery.
