How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Holiday or high-volume events may slightly lengthen processing and/or shipping times.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email including your tracking number will be sent to the email provided.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to request a change, please reach out to our Customer Care team (info@birchbridle.ca) as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, but we will always try our best to accommodate.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or if something is incorrect. We will refund or replace it for you at no cost.

Why are prices different for international customers?

U.S. pricing includes all applicable duties, brokerage, and cross-border costs upfront, so there are no additional fees upon delivery.

  • No, all duties and taxes are included at checkout
  • There are no additional charges upon delivery

  • All duties and taxes are included at checkout for shipping addresses outside of Canada
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • US orders have two shipping options: Standard (5-8 business days) or Express (2-4 business days)

  • Duties & shipping paid on the original shipment are non-refundable
