• For details on you order, including when it was shipped and how long it should take to arrive, please check your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. You will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes of placing your order, and your shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is processed (within 1-2 business days of placing your order)
• If you have just placed an order and want to make a change, please email us by replying to your Order Confirmation or reach out to us at info@birchbridle.ca as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, but we will always try our best to accommodate.
