Meet the Riders Behind Birch & Bridle
At Birch & Bridle, we believe the people behind the sport matter just as much as the pieces they wear. Our sponsored riders bring different experiences, disciplines, goals, and perspectives, and share their thoughtful approaches to riding, preparation, horse care, and personal style.
In this feature, we’re introducing the riders we’re proud to support, sharing a little more about what they are working toward, and some of their favourite products from Birch & Bridle.
MARIE KALLER
Marie has been riding most of her life and is currently competing across Ontario's Gold Level Dressage circuits. Her favourite thing about training in this sport is the harmony and trust built between horse and rider. She currently has 3 horses she's working with, and plans to continue developing, climbing the levels, and having fun with them along the way!
Rider Tested: "I absolutely love my On the Hunt Eq Knit Fox Trot Sweater!
For my day to day riding the Equisite Naomi Short Sleeve is my top choice. As for the horse gear the Sixteen Cypress saddle pads are a must!"

ZOE CAUCHON
Zoe has been riding most of her life, and currently competes in eventing with her 18-hand gentle giant, Tobias. After completing their first full season together at the EV90 level and spending two summers training in Ocala with Olympian Jessica Phoenix, they are now focused on building consistency, confidence, and an even stronger partnership, with hopes of continuing to move up.
Rider Tested: "The Stella Cavalla breeches have to be one of my favourites. They're the grippiest pair of breeches I own and they make me feel so secure in the saddle. I've also been loving the Sixteen Cypress dressage pad. The trim gives it such an elegant look, but it's also super functional and sweat-wicking, which has been perfect for our summer rides."

NIKKI KRZYNOWEK
Nikki competes with both her young hunter and her jumper mare across Ontario's Silver and Gold show circuits, while also supporting local Trillium and schooling shows throughout the season. Passionate about developing her horses and enjoying every step of the journey, she's focused on making the most of a busy summer alongside her horses and show team.
Rider Tested: "My current favourites are the Milrey blouses in both the short and long-sleeve styles. They’re incredibly stretchy and soft, and the perforated fabric is perfect for summer. They look polished and professional, making them just as suitable for riding at home as they are for the show ring."

BECKY STADEN
Becky is a professional event rider, trainer, and coach whose days revolve around developing horses both in and out of the competition ring. During eventing season, she moves between barns riding her own and client horses before spending her evenings coaching, while also managing clients, competition prep, and everything that happens behind the scenes. With long, often unpredictable days and a season that takes her from home to Florida, Becky’s approach is rooted in thoughtful horsemanship, knowing each horse inside and out, and always looking for ways to keep learning.
Rider Tested: The Milrey Callie Long Sleeve Blouse is Becky’s go-to for long days in the saddle. The perforated fabric keeps it cool and comfortable through multiple rides, while the polished, flattering fit makes it a piece she reaches for when teaching clinics, meeting clients, or filming sales ads. For Becky, it strikes the balance she looks for most: performance that can handle a full day at the barn without sacrificing a professional look.
