At Birch & Bridle, we aim to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, while ensuring each piece is carefully packed and prepared for delivery.
Shipping Options
Canadian Shipping:

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $15 CAD
- Express Shipping (2-4 business days): $25 CAD

Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $175 CAD (before taxes & after discounts)
U.S. Shipping:

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $18 USD
- Express Shipping (2-4 business days): $30 USD
- Complimentary Shipping: Orders over $200 USD (before duties/taxes & after discounts)
All U.S. orders are shipped on a duties-paid (DDP) basis. Duties and import fees are included at checkout, there will be no additional charges upon delivery. If there are any surprises, please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance at info@birchbridle.ca
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are in addition to the processing time, and can vary by destination and shipping speed selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. For international shipments, customs clearance is included in the estimated delivery timelines.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Birch & Bridle is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
During peak seasons or periods of high carrier volume, processing and delivery timelines may be slightly extended.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us at info@birchbridle.ca and we’ll be happy to assist with next steps, including initiating an investigation with the carrier when appropriate.
