At Birch & Bridle, we want every purchase to delight you! If something isn’t perfect, we want to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery to the customer. While we don't charge any restocking fees, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, return shipping rates may vary.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must not be classified as non-returnable or final sale (see below)
  • Items must be free of damage, stains, scents, or signs of wear
  • For U.S. orders, please review the U.S. Orders section below

We do not currently offer exchanges. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. All items marked 20% off or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Open your order confirmation or log-in to your account
  2. Click “View your order”
  3. Select “Request a return” and follow the prompts
  4. Return instructions, including return address, will be provided once your return request is approved

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval. Return requests submitted outside the return window, or for ineligible items, will not be approved. Please reach out to info@birchbridle.ca if you require any assistance. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your method of purchase
  • Original shipping fees and any duties or import fees paid are non-refundable, including when these costs are incorporated into product pricing rather than charged separately at checkout
  • If complimentary shipping was applied to your order and a return brings the subtotal below $175 CAD / $200 USD, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If a returned item does not meet our eligibility requirements, it may be refused or returned to you at your expense. Returns sent without an approved return request may not be accepted or refunded.

 

U.S. Orders

Orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled on a duties-paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties and import fees are included at checkout, there will be no additional charges upon delivery. If there are any surprises, please reach out for assistance: info@birchbridle.ca.

For returns from the United States:

  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping, duties and import fees paid on your order are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency (USD), to the original payment method
  • If complimentary shipping was applied to your order and a return brings the subtotal below $200 USD, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that international return shipping costs may be higher than domestic returns, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist.

 

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

  • Items marked final sale or clearance are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • For hygiene and quality reasons, grooming tools, candles, and diffusers are all final sale.

Important: Orders purchased using a discount code or promotion are still eligible for return, unless the item is clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
